One of my favorite attributes in others is to be curious. Always trying to explore: a new lesson, a new skill, a new place. Never staying in the same place, never being satisfied, and always looking to expand from today toward tomorrow are ways to move forward.
Most successful people I have met always ask lots of questions. The benefit of this type approach is to understand the current state of where something is and gain knowledge of how the product, service, or person arrived at their current state. Then after that thirst has been quenched, one moves on to queries involving the future. For example, have you thought about or could you combine that concept with or even how about expanding that to include…?
Each step of this approach allows for knowledge to be gained. One becomes engaged with another as result of this curiosity. Passion, interest, openness, and eagerness are just a few attributes that come from seeking information.
