As I talk with and listen to leaders in the business world, I am constantly reminded to get out of my head and use my heart as a guide.
One of my recent discovering your “Why” interviews with Jason Wright, President of the NFL Washington Commanders, demonstrated the benefit of using your heart.

Jason said, “I have learned to trust my gut and when I don’t, the results are not as good.” The heart is a great resource for giving. You can provide love to anyone and everyone. As the Stephen Stills song says “Love the One You’re With.” You don’t need the perfect time to show or express love. Any given moment will do and with any person as well.
As I mature, I am reassured of the importance of love in my life. I give much more freely from the bottomless well, my heart.

Giving love empowers me in my beliefs. It makes me feel a deeper connection with others and it provides a purpose to my life. Giving without a reason.
Talk about uplifting. You become a better person by just sharing love from your heart.
Give love and you will feel the power of being loved.
