I wanted to give you plenty of time to prepare for the special day. For others, I wanted to provide time to practice eating Ice Cream so when the special day arrives you do not need to limit yourself to just one item.
You can thank me on July 21.
July 21 is a special day and as far as I am concerned July is a special month. There are so many important lessons that can be learned from Ice Cream.
For example, the concept of celebration. When I attain a goal I know it is something to be highlighted. Ice Cream fulfills that requirement. Just as important, I am motivated to obtain more success knowing there is an Ice Cream reward at the end.
Another one is sharing. I love having Ice Cream with someone else. The joy that comes from that sharing experience makes it doubly good.
PS you can also order something extra that you might not have room for yourself and divide it.
Creativity and Ice Cream who would have thought of that? How about mixing Coffee Ice Cream with Nutella? The coffee and chocolate hazelnut mix really mix well to me. I allow my mind to be free to think of fun combinations with Ice Cream. Almost like a self serving brainstorm session.
Finally, something that can be used at a party to make everyone happy.
Wow, I never thought of all the ways I can use Ice Cream to motivate me to achieve more, expand my network and just be happy sharing!
July 21 is truly a special day. I have begun my training and want to share with you some ideas to get you started. For those of you that have followed me you know how hard I train for National Ice Cream Day. Ice Cream scoops are just the beginning with Coffee Ice Cream my favorite flavor.
Inside Tip
Always get Ice Cream in a cup as you can have it mashed down more which means more Ice Cream than with a cone which breaks if pushed too hard.
A major part of my training involves Hot fudge milkshakes as they are my signature go to order…. They line the container with hot fudge then add, you guessed it, Coffee Ice Cream, mix and you are ready for a special treat. I also ask for skim milk as I watch my calories here.
I love brownies (fudge and gooey please) and I add Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with that plus a little Hot Fudge for that extra chocolate hit. Never have whipped cream as have to keep track of calories. I always end my Ice Cream extravaganza with Mint Chocolate Chip as the mint aids the digestive process. When training you and your stomach have to be ready for the next day.

PS: if you have any extra ways to celebrate with Ice Cream please share your ideas with me. I would love to hear them… and put them into practice.
