There are three keys to success for your business. It does not matter whether you work for yourself as an entrepreneur or are an employee within a company, 3 words will help determine whether you find success. Purpose, pride,and passion will aid you in your climb to the top.

First you must have a purpose. What is the reason the enterprise exists? Why are you in business? What do you do for your customers? Those are several of the beginning requirements. Many just say we are in business to make money, this is not enough for many other people who work with you. If money is your main objective, then the next issue is do you cut corners with quality or do you shortchange your customers? Finally, does that approach promote loyalty with your team or customers?

Second, do you have pride in who you work for or with? How about with your product or service? Do you feel good about not just what you do but how you do it? When you are done for the day how do you feel? Does it feel like you accomplished something as a result of how you worked?

The final attribute that can help you travel the road to success is passion. Do you love what you do? Can you describe your job with emotion no matter the subject?
