If that was the case why do consumers prefer a store combined with their on-line transactions? Why does the CEO of Waymo (Google initiated) say self-driving cars will never be able to drive in all weather conditions without some human input? Why does one of the largest software enterprises position its business future based on feelings? Why not just rely solely on their technology?
After all isn’t technology the driver of everything people need?
I believe feelings play a critical role in every decision. It is not just the head (data) but the heart too that completes the cycle.
