A recent study in England found that 64% of people surveyed believe the impact of a smile from a stranger equates to the same feeling of receiving up to three compliments in one day.

How about this British study which found just one smile generates the same level of brain stimulation as up to 2,000 bars of chocolate.
I can tell you now I am smiling every hour every day. Chocolate is a real motivator for me!😇
